manufactura para la elaboraci\u00f3n de alimentos libres de Gluten&#8221;<\/strong>, a cargo de la Licenciada en Nutrici\u00f3n Mar\u00eda Luz Gaillard, se dict\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles 14 de agosto en Cecat con una asistencia de 100 personas aproximadamente.<\/p>\n<p>Los participantes-principalmente chefs, cocineros, emprendedores gastron\u00f3micos, estudiantes de gastronom\u00eda y turismo, empleados p\u00fablicos, entre otros-, adquirieron conocimientos acerca de los tipos y factores de\u00a0<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">contaminaci\u00f3n en los alimentos, las enfermedades que se pueden transmitir a trav\u00e9s de ellos, la higiene e instalaciones adecuadas para manipularlos.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>La segunda parte de este taller se dictar\u00e1 en el Cecat el d\u00eda 4 de septiembre de 16 a 20 hs, ocasi\u00f3n en la que se entregar\u00e1n certificados de asistencia.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"_58cn\"
